Just checked, seems to use HTML5 video now. Works for me and I don't have Flash.

They don't; that's HTML5 video.
What browser are you using? Everything shows up as HTML5 video for me.
Try getting hardware accelerated video in Chrome, or FF. Not supported.
No idea. I thought they moved to HTML5 video...
