Has anyone played with the API? How is it to develop against?

GSGSGS Feb 13, 2018 View on HN

Not that i can see from a surface view, i think documentation can be improved :). Personally like the idea of APIFY, saw it a few months ago. Are you guys hiring ? :D

What is an example of a well done API that functions the way you describe?

cobertos Jan 21, 2024 View on HN

Why weren't using the APIs fun? Can you talk a little more about what you did with it?

SanjayUttam Jan 9, 2013 View on HN

This is going to be super helpful for one of the projects I'm working on...researching APIs is always a bit time consuming due to the huge discrepancy in documentation quality/location/formatting/examples/etc.

Show me the incentive and I can likely guess how hard your API is to use.

This is the main reason you have an API. See what people do with your stuff and then do it better!

Better API, documentation, and support. It's pretty much that simple.

APITools might help (depending on your use case). Haven't used them myself but they gave a pretty good talk a couple months back.https://www.apitools.com

This is a website about my development experience for APIs. So, I curated them into one place. I hope this will help you. Thanks :)
