It's almost as if people have different opinions about what constitutes the good life.
Well, not everyone can or wants to enjoy a first world living standard.
It's almost like people aren't entitled to everything they want in life simply because they exist.
The point is about quality of life.
If that's your idea of a good life, then why not?
It's just choosing a different life style. I can't imagine a world where everyone is content with what they have. Some choose to be content and live a nice simple life, some choose to be overly ambitious in constant pursuit of something better, some have no ability to choose and just live with no control over themselves. It annoys me when someone tries to suggest that a certain lifestyle is ideal for everyone but I guess some need to be reminded that they do have a choice.
