The "Feynman Lectures on Physics" are a great resource.http://www.feynmanlectures.caltech.edu
You might dig “The Theoretical Minimum” by Susskind, as well as his follow-on books. And he has associated lectures on YouTube.
Read the Feynman Lectures https://www.feynmanlectures.caltech.edu/
You might try Feynman's Lectures on Physics. They're available free online [0] or you can get a nicely bound boxed set.[0] https://www.feynmanlectures.caltech.edu/
Susskind's Theoretical Minimum series might be to your liking?
You mean something like this Physics textbook http://www.motionmountain.net/ ?
Leonard Susskind's The Theoretical Minimum is a favorite of mine. There's a series of lectures on Youtube that accompanies the books.Check out L.D. Landau's Course of Theoretical Physics if you're open to reading a textbook.
I recommend Richard Feynman books.also see this:http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=2501560
Feynmann's "QED: The Strange Theory of Light and Matter" is a popular science book which contains a small amount of approachable mathematics. It's a good choice if you want something a little more meaty.
If you haven't already, I highly recommend Feynman's Lectures on Physics: http://feynmanlectures.caltech.eduWhile much more advanced than typical introductory texts, it does provide deeper insights than typical introductory texts, which makes it worth the investment.
