It's not, because no such video exists. All that was captured were a couple of frames from crappy security camera.If I'm wrong, I'd love to see the video in question.

Yep, you can see the video on the person's screen. It's small, but very bright, and pretty obvious. If you look closely, you can see it in progress.Everything you're doing while in public is being logged in people's brains, very poorly.
