Everybody dies. It's not something to fear, if you have come to terms with it.

More realistic to make plans for dying, than to fantasize about living forever.
You're going to die eventually whether you like it or not. Better to get comfortable with this fact, rather than fight it.
Because a human life is so incredibly short that decline and death are rapidly impending, and it's difficult not to think about them constantly. I've had the opposite experience.I remember being very young and starting to think about death, and thinking it the most horrible thing imaginable. That the beautiful experience of life as a human should end in annihilation. That we would just stop existing at some point.Now I'm watching my oldest daughter suffer the same realization.
