I own three sets of casual clothes (jeans, t-shirts, nice shirts), one suit, one pair of black dress shoes, one pair of tan boots and a pair of hiking boots. All the clothes I own would fit in a single bin bag, I can nearly wash everything in one wash cycle.Just never seen the point in more, I buy good stuff that lasts and that's about iy.

I buy 2 pairs of socks or an underwear, use them for a few wears and then buy a fleet.

My preference is to buy full black jeans and shirts, 10 at a time. They look good and don’t go out of style. No insecurity when going outdoors and tons of cognitive load freed up for other stuff every morning. Instead of having to choose an outfit every morning... It’s too exhausting to keep up with trends ;)

I usually pick out things that fit in plain neutral colors so I can wear lots of different combinations. When something wears out I often buy exactly the same make/model almost without thinking. When I find something that fits i regularly buy more than one in different colors. My clothes seem to wear out very quickly.I would definitely let someone do it for me. I don't know a lot about fashion and I'd love to look better.

Not me, I wear clothes from the thrift store.

Why so much on clothes? Buying new suits every month or something? Unless your clothes is faded and full of holes, you can usually live with the same clothes for a while.

That's some good underwear :DI buy new clothes only when my old ones are visibly faded or start getting ripped (or when I spill something that can't be washed). May be the influence of video games, but I've got standard outfits for different situations and travel distance, so I buy 2-3 of the same clothes (wear one set - wash the others). I see other people try to wear something different/new every other day...

This.I buy 2 pair of Levi's 501 on sale each year for ~$35, a single brand/style of underwear, single style/brand under shirt, single brand/style of athletic socks, 2 pair minimum of any style/design of non-athletic socks, etc. Button up shirts purchased as needed (trying to limit to 5-7) from same brand, and all matching jeans. I can blindly grab first item in each stack and have consistent results. haven't felt need to simplify any further. I try and stock up o

Same. Bought a $600 leather jacket last month. But I also only own 8 t-shirts, 2 jeans, etc. And if I get a new t-shirt it’ll be quality and it’ll probably also mean I’m throwing away one that has become worn.I spend less money overall on clothes now than I did a while back when I’d buy a random $7 t-shirt just because I thought what it said was funny (and then wear it maybe once or twice before it getting lost in the pile of countless clothes I constantly did laundry on but never wore

What about buying socks when you are at a clothes shop anyway. Even if its only every two years, you could easily buy 20 pairs at once since you are hardly running the risk that they will be out of fashion next season.Even rich people go to buy clothes themselves at last once every other year, don't they? Seems like less time in contrast to fill out an online form.
