Find something else you enjoy! Walk, hike, cycle, play any sport you enjoy doing.

Get an active hobby which you enjoy and don't perceive to be "exercise". I personally recommend hiking.

Stop treating it as exercise and take up a physically active hobby. Hill walking, cycle touring, squash etc.

If you are like me, who hates going to gym and doing monotonous weight lifting and other routines. Try any simple sport which needs not much preparations( hiking, swimming, gardening etc). I do swimming now.

I would suggest finding something that is fun, that you _want_ to do. Something you look forward to doing!I just started playing badminton, which is great fun! Already planning my next few matches. (It is cheap, easy & accessible.)

Get a physical hobby. Running, bicycling, weight lifting, martial arts. Make room for an hour a day for it.

What about hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, stand-up paddle boarding, etc...Is there nothing physical you enjoy doing?

Umm, excercising instead of geeking out :)
