Unfortunately this also requires a dynamic dns client and server if you have a residential IP address that can change.

You can use dynamic DNS if the IP address you're getting is a public one.

The address is public, you can use a dynDNS easily. Relying on fixed addresses never works.

Non-static IP, all done via dns updates. Never had an issue.
