Try https://www.cloud66.com/, it does what you want, but for some money.

I think OP means something you can host yourself on a cloud box like DigitalOcean

non-shadiness: would u please explain?they dont offer full cloud services, but if you can accommodate, Railway (https://railway.app/) has served me well

Have you tried something like cloudron or yunohost?
