Same. Currently locked out of my own account due to hackers and support has been a bit painful to deal with.
They suspended my account, reactivated it and then suspended it again for not having an associated email address.
Seems like the account was suspended shortly after being reinstated.

I got my account blocked for no reason and they required my ID to resume access. Apparently I don't trust that at all and registered for a new account with an alias email. They unlocked my primary account without me doing anything after a few days. So my suggestion is to disregard it.
I thought my old account is flagged.
