If you're looking for a Heroku like experience, I've heard good things about fly.io.
Something Fly.io also does, so they aren't the only one's.
Digital Ocean App Platform and Render are both easy to use and a lot cheaper than Heroku.
Cloud66 is a pretty close match to Heroku.
Good thing we (Fly.io) are a cloud provider you can just use directly. :)
Same question here - what about something like AppEngine (or Elastic Beanstalk)?
I believe that Opalstack is what you're looking for. I've used their service for a while.
