Feels like movie generation isn't too far away. It's all just pixels after all. Just need a script, audio, and pixels.

Movies are next. Soon you will be able to generate a whole movie in a fraction of a second with a single prompt. And it will be more novel and creative than garbage coming out of Hollywood.

Looks like a good application of technology. Note that this isn't generating videos from scratch like Imagine Video (https://imagen.research.google/video/).

Someone wrote the following comment then deleted it. I spent 30 minutes on my response and wanted to post it anyway. Apologies if the original comment was deleted by a mod, I hope this is OK to post.---QUOTE---My "test" for video generation turning movie making on its head is when a model can add the missing Tom Bombadil chapters to Peter Jackson's LOTR movies.Probably 20 - 30 minutes of HD, aesthetically synced, scripted etc with minimal editing after a detailed prompt a

AI tools will soon be able to generate videos showing a specific human producing a specific piece of art. Should we require a video of the person taking the first video also?

Anyone who is into making AI videos. There are a bunch of people on r/aivideo making exciting things. Definitely could also be used to storyboard and experiment with ideas for a full-scale movie

The article is thorough and covers why your [2], under tweening, is insufficient. Video beyond stereotyped repetitive movements is likely AI-complete.Presumably you'd want to be director and be able to control camera angles. You might want to have a cartoon or 3D render visual style. Unreal engine prompt tag even more literal. Most important, you will want actors. Anything alive will have to move convincingly and intentionally. Some might even bring up the ethics of allowing the movie to

It's going to be worse then that. I'll just write a summary and an AI will generate the full script. Then the movie will be generated from the script. The full source code and assets for a video game too.All the primitive components for this future seem to be at an early stage of inception. We can't say for sure whether they will mature to the point where they can replace us, but the trajectory is certainly pointing in that direction.

Seems like we're darn close to having one gpt generate a story and another turn it into video..

As an owner of a Video Production studio, this kind of tech is blowing my mind and makes me equally excited and scared. I can see how we could incorporate such tools in our workflows, and at the same time I'm worried it'll be used to spam the internet with thousands and thousands of souless generated videos, making it even harder to look through the noise.A fun related experiment, I thought it was fun to see what kind of movies AI would generate, so I created a "This Movie Does
