I frankly don't care about the donations maybe the donations have changed the election outcome?what would you think if you found out that Joe Biden operated a scam to fund his campain for example ? because the outcome is the same
Easy. You are not allowed to donate to political campaigns. In fact, I've often suggested that the real solution is this. Elections and the electoral system are in the public interest, so why not fund it 100% publicly? The FEC sets aside a budget for anyone who gets a certain number of signatures of endorsement. They can spend that, and only that. They get a set amount of time on all TV stations. Nobody is allowed to donate publicly or privately. Elections are argued on their merit
Maybe they gave a political donation?
i am not an american so i dont know too much about your election campaigns, but maybe these people did not donate just for personal advantage reasons.
How does a politician or his opponent ignore millions of dollars donated to political campaigns ?
This happens when I donate to any candidate. Not saying it's right, but it does seem to be the norm.
nothing like lobbyists donating large sums of money to political candidates on behalf of the elite, hey! it's legal!.
Aren't there rules about political candidates disclosing donations? And doesn't this violate those rules?
No idea why you're being downvoted. It is a fact that he donated ~40M to politicians this election cycle.[1] If I had to guess the donations were part of a hedge to avoid accountability for this scam he ran.[1]https://www.opensecrets.org/elections-overview/biggest-donor...
Making a political donation is not a private activity.
