Read a physical book (not a computer, phone, or tablet screen) — I've been reading this monstrous tome lately, and it's been a great change from Facebook and Twitter: http://www.amazon.com/Aperture-Magazine-Anthology-Minor-1952.... A Kindle is an ok fallback (for me at least)Get some exercise — I feel way better after running even just
When I had a similar problem, following good 'sleep hygiene' was what was recommended to me. Well, to be honest I still have the same problem, but when I'm disciplined enough to follow these rules they tend to help.Basically: Exercise, don't look at screens before you go to bed, go to bed at a regular time, make sure your sleeping place is just a place to sleep and a few other things.<a href="https://sleepfoundation.org/sleep-topics/sleep-hygiene" re

If that's not your thing, try to find something else that elevates your heart rate/makes you sweat for 30 minutes or so, that might help you sleep better. Even some deep stretching/yoga can get your muscles firing and get your heart rate up.You might also try no
Sleep hygiene did it for me. If I'm not sleeping or fucking, I get out of bed. Also no f.lux on the computer and Night Shift on my iPhone in the evening does wonders. It took a few months to train my body and mind, but now I fall asleep in under 5 minutes after I go to bed.
