For anyone missing Arc's sidebar-based tab management, Tree Style Tab is quite good in Firefox.

There's an extension for firefox called Tree Style Tabs. I never really got into it but some people are quite enthusiastic, pretty similar to what you describe though.

On Firefox just use TreeStyleTabs and its companion addons, such as Copy This Tree To Clipboard

Use Firefox Tree style tab (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tree-style-ta...) Unfortunately, same is not very handy for chrome. But this will help you a lot

You should try the Tree Style Tabs add-on for Firefox. You may need to tweak some of the settings a bit, but once you experience the power of this extension I guarantee you really won’t ever go back to Chrome.

Tree Style Tabs is a common Firefox add-on people use to manage large number of tabs. Or you can click on the down caret on the right side of the tabs bar to get the full list of your tabs.
