It's more of a quantum demonstration than a computer, no?
Pretty sure the only thing quantum computers are better at than classical computers currently is simulating quantum mechanics
there is a thing called quantum computing. So nope.
What "quantum stuff"? This isn't a quantum computer.
Is there any evidence it will ever be better than a classical computer?
Why do you doubt quantum computing?
Quantum computing isnβt complete bunk?
seems more like an argument for quantum computing
The downvotes on QC are likely somewhat understandable. Unlike chatgpt there are no results that give hope that QC will look like "computing" any time soon unless there is a breakthrough on the horizon.
We are so far from talking about this that your question is nearly meaningless. Quantum computing has not even been demonstrated yet. This "quantum supremacy" is for a highly contrived algorithm and set up that has very little if any real world use cases.A generalized quantum computer able to run standard computing algorithms is very far in the future and so much basic research in computing science has to happen before it can be talked about meaningfully.
