Why are people saying its AI and not the current administration running the economy into the ground?
It's from Fox. The current President is a Democrat. Any change in any major economic factor will be reported as terrible. This isn't news in the sense that it's surprising or unexpected, and it's not relevant.

Probably because Trump is currently in power and proudly touting his economic polices as improving things when they are very clearly not.
