What about docusign or the like?
Have you tried HelloSign? I just use that whenever I get something that needs signing.
Managing electronic signatures (e.g. DocuSign & file storage) is a 10x improvement for me compared to printing, signing, mailing or faxing, and file cabinets. The complexity & reduced costs are definitely worth it. YMMV.
Have you heard about Docusign ?
Isn’t the whole point of paper/pdf contract is to have an actual signature on it?
Alternatives to DocuSign that aren’t doing this? How would we know?

That’s true, although you might want to use something like docusign for that.
