Not all of Europe! It's about 3 USD in Ukraine, for example.

I suspect it would be like most other services that have a different price in each European country. I would guess the $value is a conversion for the article from one example country.
In Europe, the price of goods for something like 4.13 would be more 4.5, if not 4.95.

They can say that the recommended prices is 550€ but in my country (part of EU) they can not be found under 750€.
Interestingly it’s $599 USD or 699 EUR, wonder why it’s more expensive in Europe.
