Have you tried a 15 minute power nap?
I don’t care about new bedding or subscription app, I just wish there’s an employer who’d let me take a good 15-30min nap during lunch, without being judged. I secretly sneak into my car to nap and it makes a huge difference in my afternoon productivity.

I take 60-90 mins naps, whichever day I can. I feel refresh and can focus more.
Any pointers regarding learning to nap?
Try adding a nap in the middle of the weekdays, it should make you feel much better (around half an hour should be enough)
