Finance Book Recommendations

The book "A Random Walk Down Wall Street" by Burton Malkiel is an excellent place to start.

you might enjoy The Simple Path to Wealth by JL Collins.

Benjamin Graham's The Intelligent Investor is a classic you should probably read. Burton Malkiel's Random Walk Down Wall Street was also interesting. I hear that Hull's Options Futures and Other Derivatives is a good intro to the more mathematically sophisticated instruments, but I haven't read it myself.

Hey could you recommend some books for me to read to better understand what you’re talking about and have a similar level of comprehension of financial matters such as this

I was going to recommend Malkiel's book but of course it has been already mentioned several times. So I'll add to the list Zweig's "The Devil's Financial Dictionary" (funny but also educational) and Sharpe's "Investors and Markets" (more academic).
