I'd suggest applying for those jobs anyways. Often times the boilerplate on a job posting has little relation to the employer's expectations. HR wrote that, copying what similar postings look like.

Job posting "requirements" are almost always wishlists and you should treat them that way.

It's not well-known nor standard, maybe companies should change how they write job description.

These jobs ads are probably written by co/founders who are still in 'pitch mode'. They've internalized introducing their company in terms of line charts and hyperbole. Give them a break :)
