How long ago were you having problems with it? I've heard it's been a lot better in the more recent years.
I believe this has changed in recent years due to similar hiccups, and their reliability in prior years was previously good.
that kind of thing has been available for a while now and it hasn't really been an issue. it's only in the recent environment that it's been _this_ bad.
