Couldn't you just design a car with swappable batteries and achieve the same result?
It seems like battery swapping would be a viable alternative here. The packs are only ~17kWh
swap-able battery is probably the answer here. You don't need the structural rigidity of a car and you have a truck/garage to store the other battery in.
