+1 regexr is my goto tool for regex's.
regex101.com is a lifesaver for parsing esoteric regexes after you've forgotten what they're supposed to do.
Use regex101, it's basically an "IDE" for regex.
It's great for writing regex.
Love rubular, use it every single time I write or edit a regex, just to test some weird cases while I think through the syntax.
regexr is another of these - better, arguably
regexr.com is also a nice tool to play around with/understand regexes
RegexBuddy has a regex explainer, debugger, builder and tester. It works very well and supports exporting code to multiple languages and dialects
Regex101 is my go-to Regex testing tool. It's awesome.
regex101.com is pretty comprehensive, my go to for complex regexes.. not sure if that's what you're complaining about..
