So you need someone on HN to get hit by your post to get a decent customer support?!?
I thought this goes against 37signals advice to get actual real people doing customer support?
I used to work for a big enterprise software company and believe me, their support is the same. Unless the issue is highly escalated, there is no way that the support engineers pay enough attention to it. I used to say, that the best customer is the customer who knows the answer. You are all by yourself most of the time:) But you have to pay support fees without any delays.
It sounds like the typical thing of these companies having no customer support unless you are a big fish.
It's not about free support, but the ability to contact them at all.

Anyone have any experiences with their support?
Iām a paying customer. They do not like to provide support.
To be expected of a company where you get better support from their cloud service employees on reddit rather than on their actual website or emails.
Who exactly do you trust. Seems like none of the big tech companies provide much customer service
