The Sleep Cycle app does a pretty good job at sleep analysis and gentle waking and you don't have to wear anything.
Sleep tracking would be one of my primary use cases, how accurate is it? is it useful?

Ah, I don't see sleep tracking. Gimme sleep tracking and I'm in!
The stats imply that it's very inaccurate in tracking sleep phases - you probably know better yourself the day after.
Sleep cycles are very hard to measure reliably, basically no wrist worn device should be trusted for that.
How does the sleep tracking actually work? How can I verify the measurements?
If you want to track your sleep that doesn't work so well
I'm working on a desktop app, so sleep tracking might not be that useful ;)
Which sleep tracker? Watches aren't accurate.
