I suspect a lot of Indian cuisine also. No point debating which of the two has the best outcomes, is there? :)

Good luck to you. I absolutely abhor MTR and other Indian meals out there. They taste yuck and are unappetizing. Hopefully your company will change that. I like how you named it after lassi but buttermilk is not really lassi. I absolutely have no hesitation in saying that you will be successful, if your rasam tastes as good as you say it is. Hopefully you start doing saag soon. One of the old world Punjabi foods, before Portuguese came with their fancy la-de-da tomatoes. It is just mustard stalk

Eating a lot of Indian curry isn't eating all you want :-)

because there's no Indian food?

Another theory could be that a lot of Indians are vegetarian and spices make vegetarian foods more palatable. You could eat most meats with only a dash of salt; however vegetarian dishes need to pair spices with the vegetables to make them appealing.

Not a hack but a necessity imo. I've heard horror stories. Next time you walk around inIndia make sure the vindaloo you stepped on is really vindaloo.

Find Indian or Jain food! It's generally pretty tasty and not all that difficult to find.
