Have you tried autoimmune protocol diet? Anecdotally, but it may help.
Have you tried changing your diet? Keto helped me a lot.
The work by byron KatieSwitch to elimination diet to see if it changes anything (eg. Oxolate-free diets seem to help in quite a few illnesses)
Wow I'm happy for you that you were able to find relief via dietary changes
Eat an Autoimmune Paleo diet for a month. It works very well for me and a lot of other people.
You might look at aip diet. It is more gut centric but good results for MS and similar.
I would try intermittent fasting for a while. If you feel better, it means it could be exacerbated by something you're eating. Then it's a just a process of elimination.
Sounds like your following an AIP diet.Fantastic for dealing with inflammation.
Not exactly diet but maybe earthing/grounding could help.
That’s really unfortunate. I second what other people have recommended about attempting an elimination diet. I went on a ketogenic, minimal processed food diet of foods and it resolved a lot of these issues. I went back to eating like crap and the issues came back with a vengeance. My philosophy is try what the doctors say and if that doesn’t work it’s time to expand your search space. Like troubleshooting code.
