Nobody Reads ToS
The cluster centers on the widespread observation that users rarely read Terms of Service (ToS) or EULAs before clicking 'I Agree', debating their legal enforceability, excessive length, legalese complexity, and ideas for simplification.

No one reads the tos. Clicks are not agreements.
Wait, people actually read the Terms of Service?
Read the terms of service. That's intentional.
At least in US law, it is incumbent on the parties of a contract to understand it. If they sign without understanding, that’s on them. Terms of use are a contract between you and a website owner. If you don’t understand them, you can either not use the website, or accept the risk that you’re consenting to something you may not like. (Again, this is the current state in the U.S. I’m aware it’s different elsewhere.)
Someone hasn't read their Terms and Conditions Agreement.
Are you trying to suggest that people ever read the Terms of Use?
I don't think it's fair to call people lazy for not reading every line of an exhaustingly-long TOS. Also, it isn't fair to expect every consumer to fully understand the legalese that they are reading if they do decide to read it end to end. "Don't click 'I Agree' if you don't know what you're agreeing to!" is unrealistic.
Not directly what you ask, but "Terms of Service didn't read" is greathttps://tosdr.org/#
If you read the message, you agreed to the terms. If you didn't read it, then how can you comment on what it says? :)
Aren't these sort of things covered in 'I have read and understood the Term and conditions' & then click on 'I agree'.
