I refreshed multiple times, with and without content blockers enabled. Still happening today, right on the homepage.

same here...at first I thought it could be my adblocker, but it breaks completely without it as well. on Safari my laptop fan started moving so loud, it felt it was going to take off

Sounds like you have a browser that isn't a major one? Doesn't happen on Safari/Chrome/Firefox.
