It's been somewhat done (there are a couple of forks out there, but nothing usable or maintained).
Hopefully an alternative frontend project pops up for it soon.
I don't know much about the development of the project, simply that it exists and is usable. I'd file an issue with the project and see what comes of it.
Perhaps! It's one of the two candidates that might actually work in the near term. It didn't quite seem to work out of the box and given the newness of the project, we are a bit cautious, but there's some folks looking into it, to see if they can work through the issues.
Probably because it’s a hackathon style project that was slapped together and isn’t intended to support every use case. I’d recommend reaching out to the author with your feedback
It's not. But some suspicion of successor projects is probably warranted by the devs and users of existing tools.
I love the look of this, but I've been burned by going all in on exciting projects before (rethink, merb,...) It might be a good idea to add some more info on the team behind, if they have funding to continue etc. MagicStack and uvloop are really worth connecting the dots with.
Yes, it looks promising. But it's in "early" development and not production-ready, according to its author.
Doesn't look like this is quite ready for HN. Perhaps when the documentation and tutorial are fleshed out.
Looks very interesting, any known drawback, maturity, package available, anything?
