Maybe headlines tended to say "Nazis" instead of "Germany"?
I thought it was a reference to East Germany rather than Nazi Germany...?
Probably because something something Nazi.
I don't think that's what the guy meant. He probably meant something along the lines of "I've lived in Germany and don't remember the perception of Nazis there being efficient"
as a german I'm a bit disturbed they didn't call it Nazi-Germany in the text. Why do you find this disturbing?
The Nazis had that realization :-)
Nazis used the German language, surprising.
The Nazis would have loved this thing :D
The evidence seems to be:- One dude once blamed post-WWI treatment of Germany for the rise in nationalism that led to Hitler- They once hiked using torches instead of flashlights. Only they're German so this was near Nuremberg.- They named a mail server "Wolf's Lair." Only they're German so this was in German. Is there a public record anywhere of any of them defending the Holocaust or making anti-Semitic statements?
Lots of people were nazis too. Not worth mentioning on their Wikipedia?
