um - why hasn't anyone mentioned www.transferwise.com/borderless yet ?
TransferWise already exists. It requires your recipients to have bank accounts but they could easily get them.
Wiretransfer solves it much cheaper/faster
This looks fantastic. Any plans to open international transfers? (swift). There is a real need for a good api driven cheap solution to move money across countries which is at the moment filled by 3rd parties that are not stable or scalable.
this is essentially what transferwise does imho.
Used Transferwise with few clients from USA, and had great results with it (quick payments, notifications).
I presume this service is only targeting the USA. Here in Europe, any bank will do immediate domestic transfers for free.
Money transfers if international are prohibitively expensive. Lets see how this thingie works.
+1 for TransferWise, a simple solution for wires and it worked quite well for me
