How can I trust this tool not to leak my data to third parties?
Which app is it? How does this work with legal data protections or even with just the trust of your users? Are you really saying "hey anyone on the internet, here's a bunch of sensitive personal data to use for whatever"???
I cannot see a privacy policy, or any statement regarding the handling of the data flowing through this tool, nor any code which could be audited.
This is a very cool tool. I wouldn't trust it with any sensitive info though. The lack of terms, https, and the fact that it's closed source means I have no idea of what could happen to the data I put in there.
I like this a lot, can you talk about what you are doing to protect user's private data? that's something I'd want to be convinced about before I use it.
Got it, thanks. I appreciate no data is shared with third parties. Good on you.
I bought it but I'm afraid to run it. Does it send any of my data to the server? I wish apps would make that clear.
Can they block access to user's personal data though?
Yes but the point of this project is that it doesn't require you to share sensitive data with third parties.
It can't be truly private as long as the data is still on their servers.
