What about a 40 hour week working just 4 days?

philmcp Oct 8, 2021 View on HN

Me too - but there are now companies offering a 4 day week with 0% drop in salaryhttps://4dayweek.io/

At my old job i switched to 4 days a week. I'm pretty sure I got more work done overall and only got paid 80% for it. It should be a no brainer for employers

After this test period the management will evaluate the productivity, basically some OKRs set before the change and if objectives were met we will keep this benefit.Important to mention that no other benefit was removed or any sala

I've actually been working a 4-day week for the past 2.5 years now, working 30 hours a week instead of 37.5.My employer has got the better end of the deal by far - I'm as productive as I was working a 5-day week, but had to take a 20% pay cut. Still, it works for me, giving me extra time for family and side projects.
