Get leads via LinkedIn or scrapers like Apollo, set up a cold email campaign to the main stakeholder like the CEO or CTO, whose email addresses these scraper sites will have. Be sure to properly set up DMARC and DKIM.
how about cold calling or networking events / meetups?
You need to find a way to consistently reach out to your target market and talk to them about their problems. You can cold call or cold email. I don't like cold calling, but for cold email I use quickmail.io.I also use LinkedIn to reach out to people, since you can directly target B2B customers/business owners.
