Liquid Democracy is a quirky concept that would probably resolve the problem you're describing.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liquid_democracy
The concept of liquid democracy tries to remedy the exact issues you're describing: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liquid_democracyUnfortunately, it's a fringe concept at best. It used to be promoted heavily by the German Pirate Party, which as of now unfortunately has pretty much failed.
Have a look at 'liquid democracy' it would solve these issues. You basically choose someone to delegate your vote to, but can change that at any time, or vote yourself for specific decisions.
democracy.earth has already implemented most of the things mentioned on the paper.
Well, you can have delegates that are not actual politicians. Agora Voting [0] (a secure direct democracy platform) allows this kind of political systems... Seriously, there's soft out there that can solve this problem. Thing is nobody gives a shit about these issues and people is brainwashed in such massive scale that horrendous laws are passed w/o proper public scrutiny...[0] https://agoravoting.com&
Demand direct democracy.Or in other words: nothing probably?
