Blackberry does not have the same end user as the iPhone. Blackberry's end users are corporations - its the default device that is shelled out to every single employee of large banks and consultancies. The 'Enterprise End User' thats what BB has to retain and capitalize on. RIM should look for synergies with other enterprise application providers.
