That's sad, but check recent polls in Trump's approval rating for various issues. He's underwater and trending down, pretty much across the board.https://www.economist.com/interactive/trump-approval-tracker

Looking like you are right about this. Approval ratings are up somehow: https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/trump-approval-ratings/

Popular vote does not matter to americans, otherwise they would have changed the voting system.36% of voters said: I support every outcome of the election, no matter what. And we are now about half a year into his term and I see some complaining, but not one single person seriously opposing him and his politics. If the things he does were really that unpopular, he would not be able to do them. To me it seems like he has the full support of the american public.

He has the lowest approval rates for a new president [1], ever. It is fair to say that his lack of popularity is not just GP's perception.[1] https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/3-days-into-trumps-pres...

His approval rating is quite high considering the circumstances. Will take months to really understand, but at least half of America abhors the federal government.

Keep in mind he only has a 35% approval rating, most American are bothered greatly by what's going on. He also lost the popular vote, so he won even though more people voted for someone else.

The claim is factual. You might consider a more informative set of news outlets to consume.77,302,580 votes for Trump. 245M are eligible to vote.Approval has gone down post-election. https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/polls/donald-trump-appro...

Trump is unpopular. He's never gotten majority approval in a Gallup poll for example.https://news.gallup.com/interactives/507569/presidential-job...

Trivially false. Every US President almost always had a Unfortunately when dissent is explicitly illegal, opinion polls are scientifically invalid. That's the CCP's choice, not external propaganda.

It's still almost an even split in the US - https://www.natesilver.net/p/trump-approval-ratings-nate-sil...
