My 2013 Scion FRS is exactly this. I think you can get the GT86 or BRZ currently in similar spec.
Some cars, like the Mitsubishi EVO, have both.
These come stock on many performance cars. e.g. Porsche, BMW M, Mercedes AMG, Ford Mustang GT350, etc. all have these.
