Are they indeed deporting US citizens?

People are literally being deported despite having a court order ordering that they not be deported.People are being searched without a reasonable suspicion they are in the country illegally. Both of those things are illegal under US law. What other countries do is not relevant since US law does not apply there.

> It’s deporting illegal aliens. There are multiple news stories of them deporting US citizens and legal residents. Here's one[0].If citizens don't have due process, then nobody does. All it takes is the government to declare you a non-citizen; there will be no due process for you to prove otherwise.[0]: https:/

US doesn’t deport ALL convicts- it just discriminates against those without a US passport

Title wrong, and no mention of deporting in article.

eSandwich8 Mar 31, 2025 View on HN

Not doing anything warranting deportation should make one immune from deportation.

I thought his privilege was beeing an US citizen, if not the option of beeing deported would have a high propability. (technically a US citizen cannot be refused entry AFAIK)
