Cluster focuses on congestion, interference, and reliability issues in the crowded 2.4GHz WiFi band, with recommendations to switch to less crowded 5GHz or 6GHz bands despite their shorter range and poorer penetration.

why would it be different than wifi's 2.4 and 5 ghz bands? those are open, but don't penetrate far because they are high freq. it works but there's tons of things making it unreliable.
If you're on 2.4ghz its quite likely your spectrum is too crowded. 5ghz usually fares better in crowded spaces
WiFi frequencies are often crowded and harder to get range on.
Maybe they use the same wifi channel.
I don't think there is enough channel bandwidth on those bands to support wifi.
No, it means you should move out of 2.4GHz for wifi.
Won't this raise the noise floor considerably for any other networks nearby?
Do I want a 5ghz radio broadcasting from my eyeball?
You don't have to go full terahertz for that. Just look at the difference between 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi.
My hundreds of neighbors and I pollute the 2.4ghz spectrum with all kind of devices. If you want a descent speed, use another spectrum like 5 or 6Ghz.
