i think facebook has tacitly allowed these types of accounts for testing/anonymity etc. you probably wont be shut down unless you do something egregious.
Your "fake account" isn't fooling Facebook if you're adding all of your real friends to it.. Nor is your fake information.
I used a throwaway email, phone, fake photos and friended a number of accounts. I have nothing connecting it to my "real" facebook and/or social graph. Maybe I'm lucky.
Wont people just make fake fb friends and write their own profile?

I have a fake FB account for this reason. It is amazing how many people will friend someone who doesn't exist
