Support couldn't fully fix it even with hours of effort. Something is very wrong and worth warning about there. Those are not reasonable consequences for buying the wrong thing.
Have you contacted their tech support to see how they stand by their claims? (Not asking to be passive-aggressive; genuinely curious to hear about their after-sales.)
Yeah for a product with this price tag I would also expect getting a replacement and having the vendor deal with fixing the broken product afterwards
Same issue and also resolved with a replacement. At least having a physical store to return them and get a replacement on the spot is nice.
Your identical story happened to me. I never received a third unit to replace the second defective unit. Quite frankly, they can keep it.
That's a warranty issue more than a reason to buy another one of the same brand.
You've never had something fail 1 month or 6 months after purchase?
That's a case of shipping it 'broken' for those people. If it works literally everywhere else, and the product is valuable, they'll change.
What did the support say about it? Did you get a replacement / refund?
Yes, they have a replacement program.
