Interesting. How did you come up with the ~45h/week thing? Why not ~40h/week or even ~35h/week?

It’s about everyone doing 60-80 hours of work a week though

60-65 hrs a week isn't so many :)

Devoting 40 hours a week to a role, is just 8 hours of a day. What if you are workaholic who needs 60-80 hours a week? Why would it be wrong if you can as a worker devote the required hours to a job?

you really think 60 hrs/wk is hard?

What, 85 hours a week? Tell me that's just a joke

Am I reading that right that you consider 7.5 hrs or 8.5hrs a day to be not very many hours? (Not counting suggests that they might otherwise expect you to do more than that).

Sure, how about 40 hours a week?

40-50 hours a week is NOT a healthy work/life balance. Nice try buddy.

I am surprised you do not find crazy to spend 10h/day + 12 in the weekend at work. It is normal for you or in your zone/country? Here in EU it would be considered madness (and legally in some states you couldn't even do it)
